We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $100.00 or more (before tax) shipped via UPS regular ground service to a location within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (sorry, does not include Alaska or Hawaii). There is an additional charge for all expedited shipments, for all orders shipped outside the 48 states and for orders sent via any other carrier than UPS.
You can choose expedited UPS shipping of 2nd Day Air or Next Day Early AM (by 8am) from the shipping options in the shopping cart when you use the website check out. For the Next Day expedited shipping option, we must receive your order before Noon Arizona Time (MST in winter, PDT in summer) to ship your order the same day. Please note that if you request Next Day for an order placed on Friday before Noon Arizona Time, you will received it on Monday, and for an order placed after noon on Friday or on the weekend you will receive it on Tuesday.
U.S. orders are shipped M-F (excluding holidays). We do our best to ship all orders within one business day. Out-of-stock items (backorders) will be automatically sent as soon as we restock them. Shipping charges include a handling fee of $2.50 per order. All orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states are sent via UPS regular ground service unless you specify otherwise when you place your order. UPS requires a street address and cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. To request an order shipped to a location outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states, to a P.O. Box, or via other than UPS ground, please call 1-800-357-5027 (US & Canada) or 1-520-748-0388 (International) so we can help you with your order.
Shipping prices to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may be lower via USPS (United States Postal Service). International orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you specify otherwise when you place your order.

Please be aware that some orders may be delayed by the customs and import procedures of the destination country and that the person receiving the shipment is responsible for any fees, taxes, and tariffs your respected customs office charges to release the package. Import policies vary greatly; we strongly suggest contacting your local customs office regarding import of our products and their ingredients before placing an order.
If a package is returned to us due to address error made by customer, delivery refusal by customer or refusal by customs, you will be responsible for all charges incurred for return shipping, with an additional $15.00 package refusal fee. If the cost to retrieve the package is greater than the value of the package, or if the package is abandoned at customs, you will receive no credit for the order. Please call our customer service department for further assistance.
We make every effort to ensure all our products are always in-stock. However, occasionally a situation beyond our control may necessitate putting you on backorder for an item you’ve ordered. If this happens we will notify you in a separate email that an item you ordered is currently out-of-stock. You will automatically be placed on our backorder list and that item will be shipped UPS ground to you as soon as we receive it. You will not be charged for the backordered item until it ships and regular UPS ground shipping on backorders is free. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your backordered item leaves our warehouse.
The in-stock portion of your order will be shipped in accordance with our regular shipping policy and the backordered item will be noted on your invoice. If your order total, including the backordered item, is $100 or more you will still receive free shipping (via UPS regular ground delivery service within the 48 contiguous US states only, excludes Hawaii, Alaska and international destinations).
We are proud of the quality and effectiveness of all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased from us, just return the original container and unused contents of that product to us within 90 days of purchase. Once credit has been processed, a refund check will be issued. Refunds should arrive within two weeks of product receipt. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and that we cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Orders canceled at time of delivery, including orders sent back as undeliverable, will incur a $15.00 fee for return services and restocking.
Products purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original point of purchase and will be subject to the individual store's return policy.
